Prenatal Pilates: Strength, support and preparation for birth.

Pregnancy brings constant changes to your body, and knowing how to move, stretch and strengthen safely can make a real difference. Our private prenatal Pilates sessions are tailored to your stage of pregnancy, helping you build and maintain strength, support your changing body and prepare for birth with greater confidence.

We understand how to adapt exercise to support common pregnancy-related concerns, including pelvic girdle pain (PGP) and symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD). Through carefully selected movements, we'll help you work on strength, mobility and comfort, while developing core strength safely and learning breathing techniques to support your pelvic floor and prepare for labour.

Our sessions are about more than movement. You'll also develop a better understanding of your changing body, pregnancy, birth and postnatal recovery, giving you practical knowledge and confidence as you approach motherhood.

We use a variety of equipment, including the Mat, Reformer, birthing ball and smaller Pilates props, to tailor your sessions and support your needs throughout each trimester, right up until birth, where appropriate.

Private session availability is very limited. However, some of our instructors also offer suitable group classes. Get in touch and we'll help you find the right option for your stage of pregnancy and individual needs.

Post natal Pilates: Your recovery, your pace

Returning to exercise after having a baby can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate your recovery alone. Whether you've had a vaginal birth or a caesarean section, every recovery is different, and there's no single timeline for returning to Pilates. You don't have to wait until six weeks to begin, and you don't have to return at six weeks either. Your recovery is individual, and we'll support you whenever you're ready, tailoring each session to your needs and stage of recovery.

Our specialist postnatal sessions provide a supportive space to rebuild strength and confidence at your own pace. We'll focus on abdominal and pelvic floor rehabilitation, while assessing and addressing other individual needs, including diastasis recti (abdominal muscle separation), where appropriate.

To make your return to exercise more accessible, babies are welcome to join you in our private 1:1 or 2:1 sessions, provided they are not yet walking.

We recommend starting with a 1:1 session with Amelia, our pre- and postnatal specialist. She'll help you understand your starting point, discuss your recovery and create an approach tailored to you, with the option to progress into group classes when you're ready.

Unsure when or how to return? Get in touch. We're always happy to talk things through, answer your questions and help you find the right support for your recovery.

Reformer Pilates: Mixed ability

Reformer Pilates uses spring resistance to challenge and strengthen your body, helping you build strength, improve mobility and develop greater control.

Our small, mixed-ability group classes have a maximum of 5 people, allowing our instructors to offer individual guidance, with exercises layered and adapted to suit different abilities and experience levels.

Using high-quality Reformer equipment and expert instruction, we create a welcoming environment where you can work at your own pace, build confidence and progress with every session.

Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or looking to develop your existing practice, you'll find a supportive space to move, strengthen and feel good in your body.

Mat Pilates: Mixed Ability

Our friendly, mixed-ability Mat Pilates classes are a great way to start your Pilates journey or develop your existing practice.

With small class sizes and expert guidance, you'll be supported to work at your own level, with options and modifications to suit your body and ability.

Many of our clients come to Pilates feeling stiff, struggling with persistent aches and pains, or feeling older than they should. It's wonderful to see how Pilates can help improve strength, mobility and confidence, making everyday movements feel easier and helping you feel more comfortable in your body.

Using a combination of Pilates matwork and small equipment, we focus on building strength, improving mobility, increasing flexibility and developing better body awareness. You'll learn how to use your breath, engage your core and move with greater control and confidence.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve posture or simply make time for yourself, our in-person classes offer a welcoming space to move, feel good and progress at your own pace.
